Most orders are shipped within 24-48hrs after receipt via UPS in the continental USA. Deliveries within the United States are shipped via UPS - please provide a street address and a mailing address if different from street address. UPS shipments are automatically insured up to $100. Please add:

LINDNER-USA will only ship orders to North and South America. (For all other locations please contact LINDNER-Export at: export@lindner-original.de) Minimum order is $100.00 and full shipping charges will be added to your order. Insurance (where available) is highly recommended. LINDNER is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or upon request, via USPS Insured. Please contact our office for rates.

Our Guarantee
LINDNER does its best to ensure that you'll be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, by all means return it to us unused, upon receipt (within 14 days after invoice date). Just enclose a quick note with your return and we will send you a prompt refund, exchange, or replacement, whichever you prefer.

How does the electronic business trade work?
(Client information regarding contracts in electronic business trade)
An order is very easy: first you fill your shopping cart. Then you log in either as a regular customer with a personalized password or register as a new client. Following you can enter the shipping address, type of payment and finally the confirmation to your binding order. The receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately via electronic mail. The contract is only validated when you confirm the order in writing of when we supply the goods.
Your order, which is then content of the contract, will be registered and saved by us. You can print out your order directly before confirming. The terms of the contract will be sent to you in written form latest with delivery of the goods.
Your order can be amended before sending of the order. Please check thoroughly if the data given by you is correct before you send off your final order.
